“The Des Moines, Iowa-based grocery retailer Hy-Vee is making its entrance into the Tennessee market with its first store slated to open in Spring Hill.
Hy-Vee has secured 17 acres at the corner of Buckner Lane and June Lake Boulevard in the new June Lake gateway development in Spring Hill. The company has submitted initial plans to the city of Spring Hill, which call for an approximately 160,000-square-foot store with tentative plans to open in 2023.”
